With the change of the year comes new years resolutions. People wanting to make a new start in various aspects of their lives from their finances to their relationships. The most common resolution, though, for people from all walks of life is around fitness and weightloss.
My resolution is more about a challenge, the USN 12 week body makeover challenge to be exact. Where I will undertake to reduce my body fat percentage and increase lean muscle mass through regular weight training, diet and supplementation. My 12 weeks begin on the 3rd of January 2013. I will be posting my stats on a weekly basis and be blogging about successes and challenges throughout the process.
