Well it’s been four weeks since I started the Sleekgeek challenge and things are proceeding rather well. My diet is what I would call “semi-paleo”. By that I mean my lunch and supper consists of a protein, like fish or chicken, and veggies. I occasionally throw in a sweet potato. I drink only water throughout the day. I snack on mixed nuts and some fruit. Yes, back to why I call it “semi-paleo”; my breakfast is sometimes oats with whey protein – which is not entirely paleo, therefore “semi-paleo”.
My stats are also looking good, I’ve lost many centre meters, the details of which I shall provide during the coming week. I’ve dropped just over 10 kg. but the most important thing about this challenge is that I feel good about myself and I have a lot more energy.
There is still another 4 weeks to go and I know I’m going to be in the top 4.
