2016 for me has been a mixed bag. Professionally and personally challenging. The one constant was and and will always be my wife and son. Despite having their support, the demands of work took its toll and this impacted my fitness goals.
I slipped back into my bad eating habits and didn’t find time to work out. This resulted, over time, in weight gain, a feeling of uselessness and all round general bad health.
I need to refocus, prioritise and start from scratch.
