2016 for me has been a mixed bag. Professionally and personally challenging. The one constant was and and will always be my wife and son. Despite having their support, the demands of work took its toll and this impacted my fitness goals.
I slipped back into my bad eating habits and didn’t find time to work out. This resulted, over time, in weight gain, a feeling of uselessness and all round general bad health.
I need to refocus, prioritise and start from scratch.
So, I bought a nutribullet this weekend. I will be staring off slow, substituting one meal a day. This will help in reducing my calorie intake, it will up the nutrient absorption rate and help with all round health.
Let’s see how this goes.
Everyone’s journey is different. The time taken to reach certain goals will be different . The goals, themselves will be different. Never compare yourself to some else. You don’t know what struggles they had to face and are still facing in getting to where they want to be or even staying at where they are.
Love the process, love the journey, enjoy the ride.
A lot of people ask me what supplements I take. Watch out for my next post, where I provide a detailed breakdown of my supplement stack and cycles.
